How does the demo process work?
Submit the demo request form. Our team reviews your request and sends you a private access link. Use the link to download the installer and request a 30-day demo license key.
How do I receive my download link?
After submitting the demo request form, a unique private access link is generated instantly. You will also receive it via email from Computer Aided Business Systems.
How is the demo license key issued?
After downloading the software, complete the license key request form. Our team will email your key within 1 business day. The demo key is in SWPRO-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX format, with Licence Type DEMO and Token DEMO.
How long does the demo license last?
Demo licenses are valid for 30 days from the date of first activation. They are not machine-locked and can be used on any compatible Windows machine.
What operating systems are supported?
Windows 10 (build 17763 or later) and Windows 11. The application runs as a 32-bit (x86) process on both 32-bit and 64-bit systems.
Technical & Support
Do I need to install anything else alongside the software?
The installer bundles Microsoft Access Database Engine (ACE) 2016 32-bit and Visual C++ Redistributable 2015–2022. These are installed automatically if missing. .NET Framework 4.8 is pre-installed on all supported Windows versions.
Can multiple users access the software simultaneously?
Yes, for multi-user deployments, SolarWarranty Pro supports Microsoft SQL Server as the database backend. The Microsoft Access backend is suitable for 1–3 simultaneous users. SQL Server is recommended for teams of 4 or more.
Is my data secure?
All passwords are hashed using SHA-256 and never stored in plain text. The licence file is encrypted using Windows DPAPI. Every action performed by every user is written to a tamper-proof audit log that cannot be edited or deleted by any role, including Admin.

What support is available?
